Myofascial Release
Myofascial pain often occurs due to tightness/contraction of muscles and the thin tissues surrounding them, known as fascia. Tightness in specific areas can occur in the immediate area (localized) or other parts of the body (referred).
The pain may originate from specific points within your myofascial tissues called “trigger points.” Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points.

Neural Reset Therapy®
Neural Reset Therapy® is a recently developed form of bodywork that offers rapid muscular pain relief by working directly with the nervous system.
Muscle tension is controlled by the nervous system. Proper application of NRT resets the nervous system to release a muscle form excessive tension. With the release, the knots, pain, and tightness are gone, and joint mobility and posture improve.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are specific areas of muscle tissue that are sensitive and may cause pain when pressed or overstimulated. They are commonly referred to as “knots” and are often associated with muscle tension, discomfort, and restricted movement.

Trigger point therapy is a massage technique that involves applying sustained pressure to specific trigger points to alleviate pain, release muscle tension, and promote healing.

The goal of trigger point therapy is to reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain, and improve range of motion and muscle function.
